If your property is already connected to Booking.com, Expedia.com or AirBnb.com, you can easily import the basic settings from these systems.

Various charts and analytics

You can filter your properties with which you would like to work in the calendar at the present moment. This setting is saved and will be applied in subsequent launches until you change it

By default, the calendar opens in the range - from the current date and includes the next two months. The calendar will automatically load data when scrolling in any direction.
You can select the desired date range in the drop-down calendar in the upper left part of the screen

Each of your properties will be shown in the calendar in accordance with the color scheme configured for the property and rooms.
Each property has a caption on the left side of the calendar with the property name and room names/numbers.
In the caption of each property you will find several buttons for quick access to various system functions.
settings - Opens the settings for the corresponding property
keyboard_tab - Sets the calendar to show all future bookings for the corresponding property
calendar_add_on - Create a new reservation

expand_more - Allows you to collapse/expand a part of the calendar for the corresponding object

Click on a reservation to open the quick panel with details. In the quick panel you will see the main reservation data.
The following buttons will allow you to perform the necessary actions:

Opens the main panel reservation panel - cancellation and modification of reservation, additional paid services, paid amounts and balance, reservation confirmation, invoice.

Moving a reservation to another unit/room.

Edit the reservation.

Opens SMART4 settings for the third level (online registration, smart access, recall, etc.).

In the Properties section you have access to settings for all your properties, creating or importing new ones. Setting up room types and room stock. Setting up rates (including smart rates), campaigns, discounts, booking widget, booking channels manager and much more

Click the Import of a property button and follow the instructions. If the import is successful, our system will import the basic details of your Property (such as name, room types, location, etc.) and set up a booking channel for the selected platform.

To ensure our system has access to your property data, you need to add our service account Owner Helper as one of the users of your property on the selected platform.

To import, you will need the number or link of your Property in the selected platform. Below you will find instructions for each platform

You can create your Property by filling in all the data manually.
OwnerHelper supports two types of properties - VILLA and HOTEL

1. The hotel has 2 or more rooms.The hotel can have different types of rooms with different rates.
2. The villa (house, apartments) are rented entirely.

If you have a complex of villas, you can add them as one hotel with different rooms (for each villa) or as separate properties
If your Property exists on Google Maps, we recommend using import from Google Maps to simplify the initial setup.
